During times of transition or life challenges,
feeling overwhelmed and confused may occur. It is at this time that a therapist may be validating and supportive in difficult circumstances. A conscientious therapist will
not tell you what to do or fix things for you.
Alternatively, psychotherapy is the provision of a safe, caring and therapeutic place
to explore issues in the hope of discovering clarity, possible solutions, self-awareness and compassion.
Appointment sessions can be arranged by email only. These appointments are generally 60 minutes
in duration.
